About Us

Pastor David Lee Sincere, Jr.

Pastor David Lee Sincere, Jr. was called to ministry in 1995. He was elected as an elder at The Real Truth Church in Third Ward, Texas. After serving as the first elder of The Real Truth Church, he served as an associate minister at Covenant Glen UMC. 

Pastor Sincere attended Liberty University, studying religion with a cognate in counseling. 


Pastor Sincere was lead by God to start Advocacy Now Institute in 2017. (ANI) Advocacy Now was created to address the systemic issues that negatively impact economically disadvantaged communities. ANI's mission is to advocate, educate, mentor, and empower individuals, families, and communities. 


In April of 2020, Pastor Sincere and First Lady Candice Sincere started Fort Bend Transformation Church. Our mission is to transform individuals, families, and communities spiritually, economically, and socially by the power of His Spirit and Fire.  


Pastor David and Candice Sincere have been married for over 30 years. They have 3 beautiful daughters, Arriana, Arriel, and Alanna. The Sinceres are blessed to have 2 grandchildren.

  

Professional Associations and Committees 

Pastor a licensed Baptist minister and a member of The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Baptist Ministers Association of Houston and Vicinity, the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the Fort Bend County Interfaith Community, Inc. 

He sits on the FBISD Pandemic Stakeholder Advisory Committee, FBISD School Boundary Oversight Committee, Fort Bend County COVID Cares Act Advisory Committee, Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Education and Juvenile Justice Committee, the Willowridge High School Wall of Honor Board, and Fort Bend Interfaith Council Board. He also co-chairs the Fort Bend County Judge’s Multi-Faith Advisory Council. He is a graduate of the 2018 FBISD Board Leadership Academy and is currently enrolled in the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Citizens Academy. 


Certificates and Awards

He received the Texas Board of Education 2018 Heroes for Children Award and recognition of the same by the Governor of the State of Texas. In 2018, He was inducted into the Willowridge High School Wall of Honor and was the 2018 co-winner of the NAACP Missouri City & Vicinity Community Service Award. 

He was the recipient of the Salvation Army Exceptional Service Award from the Salvation Army 2016 Territorial Facilities Planning Conference.
