Pastor David Lee Sincere, Jr. and First Lady Candice Sincere founded Transformation Church Fort Bend in April 2020 with a mission to spiritually, emotionally, economically, and socially transform lives through the power of faith, discipleship, community outreach, and holistic ministry.
Called to ministry in 1995, Pastor Sincere began serving as an elder at The Real Truth Church in Third Ward, Texas, before later serving as an associate minister at Covenant Glen UMC. Over the years, he has devoted his life to pastoral care, leadership development, mentoring, counseling, and community transformation.
A Liberty University alumnus with a focus in religion and counseling, Pastor Sincere combines biblical teaching, emotional wellness, leadership development, and practical life application in ministry. His approach emphasizes healing, restoration, discipleship, and transformation for individuals, families, and communities.
In 2017, Pastor Sincere founded the Advocacy Now Institute (ANI), an organization committed to addressing systemic challenges in underserved communities through advocacy, education, mentoring, and empowerment initiatives.
Together for over 35 years, Pastor David and Lady Candice Sincere are proud parents of three daughters—Arriana, Arriel, and Alanna—and grandparents who remain deeply committed to serving families and strengthening communities through faith and compassion.
Pastor Sincere is a licensed Baptist minister, Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, certified Christian mental health and life coach, and member of several professional and ministry organizations, including the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Baptist Ministers Association of Houston and Vicinity. His extensive community involvement has included service on the FBISD Pandemic Stakeholder Advisory Committee and the Fort Bend County COVID Cares Act Advisory Committee.
His service and leadership have been recognized through numerous honors, including the Texas Board of Education Heroes for Children Award, the NAACP Missouri City & Vicinity Community Service Award, the City of Houston Community Kudos Award, the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce Community Spirit Award, and recognition for community mental health advocacy.
Transformation Church Fort Bend continues to serve as a ministry dedicated to spiritual growth, emotional healing, discipleship, outreach, and transformational community impact. Guided by the belief that “God is Able,” the church strives to help individuals grow in faith, purpose, healing, and service to others.
